12th Avenue Candles
Beautiful Louise, hand makes a delicious smelling range of all natural, kiwi scented candles that come in sustainable jars, that can be returned for refill.
Our brief was to capture the full story of her gorgeous brand, using a mixture of studio and natural lighting. Louise was keen to represent that her scents are inspired by the New Zealand summer, so we kept it light and fresh, utilising NZ plants and modelled by stunning Civia.
We captured product photography, branding images of Louise, her making the candles, products in use, and all the little details such as the returnable element of the jars. All edited with a bright and airy feel.

Curate adorable gift boxes full of locally sourced, natural brands, the perfect gift to give those who care about the planet, and where the items come from.
I’ve worked with Louise on two projects now, and love the vibe of this brand. We have captured a mixture of studio lit product shots for Christmas, branding shots of Louise, and the gift boxes being given and enjoyed in a couple of different locations. We used several different models to represent that each box is crafted with a different receiver in mind.
As the items are all locally sourced, it was important to this client that we headed out into the mountains to show off the products with a Queenstown backdrop.

Hempalchemy
You all know I love a bit of Hemp, this skincare brand is all about the natural earthy vibes. Of course they only use sustainable packaging, and this stuff really works on your skin’s blemishes.
My beautiful client Amber didn’t really set a brief, she just let me run wild with my ideas. I thought the best way to capture the essence of this brand would be a pamper session out in nature with gorgeous Charlie from IAMYOU Tattoo. We splashed in the river and ran with where the afternoon took us out in the bush, a beautiful afternoon.

Kekoa
Alexis has created an absolutely stunning range of sustainable nappies and accessories. All of the prints are beautifully inspired as a mixture of New Zealand and Hawaii, with ethereal colours.
The brief set by this client was very specific “not boring or beige” she wanted “Dark, moody earthy vibes."
We captured portraits of Alexis, her working in her studio, and the products out in nature, hung from trees, dunked in the river, and shown in use babies out enjoying the wild.

Shine Naturally
Kinesiologist, colour therapist and natural wellness specialist Alex, is such a beautiful human. Her laugh lights up the room and her energy is infectious.
We captured all of the different therapies that Alex offers, using a few different models and also branding images with her family.
I kept the edit fairly bight and vibrant to really show off the aura of the colours she uses.

Sell a yummy range of all natural, full spectrum hemp health and wellness products. They all come in sustainable packaging
They include items that help with your skin, muscles, mental health, insomnia, pain, and even calm your pets.
Kevin gave me a fairly open brief for this shoot, he wanted to really represent the natural nature of the products in use with a Queenstown backdrop. We headed out into the mountains and lake, to add a water based element. Kevin himself is very into cold therapy as part of his wellness regime, so he jumped in the lake for some of his branding shots.

Wow, I so love this beautiful brand that Nicola has created.
All of her skincare items are seasonally foraged and hand made using locally sourced ingredients. A lot of those are grown in her own garden.
This client was keen for a bright and airy, floral, “Pinterest inspired” feel to promote her products on her online store. We played around with dried flowers, simple textures and neutral colours, in the studio.

Based in Queenstown, Zest hand make yummy, natural based cakes, beautifully decorated with local flowers and fruit.
I’ve worked with Anouva twice now, the first time we captured the whole look and feel of the brand, a mixture of bright and airy and dark and moody shots. We created product photography images, branding shots of Anuova, cakes being made, and all the little details. Then on our second shoot together we captured some Christmas magic, with twinkle little lights.
